Position Overview

**Position Purpose**
The Construction Project Manager Supervise the execution of the construction projects on time, quality and budget, according to the contract and AutoZone's Specifications, coordinate utilities services and externals environmental assesors to comply our local and state regulations, administrate the project's economics, capitalize the projects on time and handover to maintenance according to the designed project, PM is responsible of the coordination with vendors and supplies so materials and equipments arrive on time, should keep close comunication with Design, Permits, Legal, Real estate and stores operations.
**Primary Accountabilities**
- Coordinate utlities in advance with vendors and General contractor, so it can be ready for the store opening.
- Environmental follow up with external assesors and General contractors, by weekly meetings
- Closeout and Capitalized construction projects
- Hand over construction projects to maintenance
