💷Salary: £54,000 - £56,000

Responsibilities:
Execute the monthly Demand Planning process to support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) agenda.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver a rolling 18-month demand plan across diverse products, channels, and countries.
Engage closely with Supply Chain to ensure seamless integration with the Supply Planning process.
Coordinate ongoing Demand meetings and actively challenge inputs from Sales/Marketing, ensuring adjustments are justified.
