Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to lead and manage impactful strategic global compensation initiatives and HR projects. The role requires strong expertise in compensation frameworks, HR systems implementation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ■Lead Compensation & Benefits projects across the organization
  • ■Drive implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
  • ■Manage end-to-end project activities including planning, coordination, testing, change management, training, and post-implementation support.
