Global Head of HR & People Strategy

Bybit is seeking a Global Head of HR to partner with the Founder and executive team. This role is crucial in designing and scaling Bybit's organization as they expand into a global financial platform. You'll be responsible for leading the HR function, driving hiring strategies, and establishing governance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably in crypto or fintech, and must be bilingual in English and Mandarin for effective communication.
