Global IT Desk-Side & Onboarding Specialist

Fastmarkets is seeking a Digital Workspace Specialist (L2) for our Singapore office to provide on-site and regional remote IT support. You will own onboarding for joiners, movers and leavers and manage device provisioning, hardware and meeting-room technology while collaborating with IT Operations and global teams.

The role emphasizes Windows and macOS troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 support, asset management, and service request handling within SLA targets.
