Global Payroll & Benefits Intern (Multi-Country)

Sezzle is looking for a talented Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Intern to support payroll operations and benefits management across multiple countries, including Colombia. This internship offers exposure to numerous aspects of People Operations, with opportunities for career advancement based on performance.

You will work directly with the Senior Director of Payroll & Benefits, performing data entry, assisting with benefits enrollments, and conducting data quality checks in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
