Global Payroll & Benefits Intern — Multinational Exposure

Sezzle is looking for a Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Intern in Bogotá, Colombia. This internship offers hands-on experience in payroll operations, benefits administration, and compliance across multiple countries including Colombia.

The ideal candidate is a university student or recent graduate in Finance with strong analytical skills and fluency in both English and Spanish. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Payroll & Benefits, supporting various payroll and benefits initiatives.
