Position Overview

TheGlobal Robotic Sales Supportrole within ESAB Corporation provides technical expertise and sales support for robotic and automation solutions across both EWM and ESAB product portfolios. 
Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Consultation Clarify technical inquiries and provide expert advice to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and on-site visits. 
Support automation and robotic solutions by: Defining applications and customer requirements. 
Selecting suitable components and systems. 
Ensuring proper system integration and connectivity. 
Provide service consultation including: Spare parts identification. 
Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis. 
Repair support and coordination. 
Support mechanization topics such as: Component selection.
