Global Total Rewards Director – Technology

Argyll Scott Singapore partners with a rapidly growing technology company to appoint a Total Rewards Director (Global) who will establish and lead a scalable regional rewards strategy across multiple markets.

Reporting to senior HR leadership, this role designs and governs compensation, benefits, mobility, and payroll, advising leaders and collaborating with HR and Finance to implement market-competitive programs.
