Overview

GPPS & Styrolux, Lab & Quality Manager: Manages the operations of GPPS & Styrolux plants throughout safe processes, competent personnel and optimization of allocated resources in order to ensure return on investment. As well as managing the organization's Quality Management System, maintaining certifications and quality control laboratory service current and available.

What you will do

• Plant capacity: Ensure the availability of the plants according the established KPI.
• Operational Efficency: Ensure compliance with key production indicators.
• SHE Excellence/Operational Security: Promote and support 20 Safety Principles and Life-Saving Rules of the Company, ensure compliance with plant safety performance indicators (SPI).
• Operation Profit: Monitor and ensure compliance with established KPIs for all manufacturing-related costs.
