Scania South Africa has officially opened applications for its Graduate Programme 2026, giving recent graduates an opportunity to gain practical workplace experience with one of the world’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers. This structured graduate programme is designed to develop young professionals through hands‑on training, mentorship and exposure to real business operations.

The programme is based in Johannesburg and offers graduates the opportunity to work in one of four business areas: Finance, Procurement, Assurance and Marketing.
