We would like to invite recent or soon-to-be graduates to take part in our 7 Graduate Program as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer based at the Newcastle Rod Mill.


Real Work with Real Outcomes – Starting in January 7, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through hands-on experience and meaningful work.

  • Participants will complete two -month placements – with the option to rotate during this period - gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.
