ACCIONA invites graduates to join a global program combining real project experience, structured learning, and international collaboration across Australia and New Zealand. You will participate in a National Induction, Boot Camp, and monthly Lunch & Learn sessions led by senior leaders and subject-matter experts.

The program includes three rotations to explore interests and define your career pathway, with training delivered through Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid.
