Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities:  Process grant applications, disbursements, and claims accurately and in a timely manner 
Check and verify completeness of documents and supporting information 
Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy in the system 
Follow up on missing or incomplete information from applicants when required 
 Case Handling  Handle standard grant cases based on SOPs and guidelines 
Escalate complex or unusual cases to supervisor for review and decision 
Assist in resolving basic applicant queries related to submissions 
 Operational Support  Support daily operational workflow and meet assigned KPIs/service standards 
Assist in identifying and reporting issues, errors, or processing delays 
Ensure tasks are completed within turnaround time
