Role Scope/ Summary: The AI Graphics & Design Manager is responsible for driving AI-enabled visual design and creative asset development across BCCL’s brands, advertiser solutions, and new business ventures. The role exists to transform how visual creatives are conceptualized, designed, adapted, and scaled by leveraging AI as a creative force multiplier, while ensuring strong design aesthetics, brand consistency, originality, and audience impact.

Reporting into the Head – AI Creative, the role will lead the creation of high-quality visual assets across multiple formats including campaign creatives, social media assets, print creatives, branded content, event communication, digital marketing collaterals, editorial-led visual storytelling, and advertiser-facing design solutions.
