GRE QC Inspector

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the assigned Mechanical QC Engineer and support the implementation of quality control procedures for mechanical works.

• Review project technical specifications drawings and BOQ to identify quality requirements engineering criteria and inspection requirements related to mechanical works.

• Participate in site receiving inspections of mechanical materials and equipment to verify compliance with project specifications and approved documentation.

• Perform fit-up inspections and final dimensional verification prior to installation and welding activities.

• Prepare file maintain and retrieve inspection reports test records and quality documentation generated from inspection activities.

• Witness and review work performed by third-party testing inspection and NDT companies related to mechanical activities ensuring compliance with project requirements. ...
