Ground Operations Officer

This position will be tasked to support CEVA Ground day-to-day operations by monitoring delivery products to customers, scheduling daily routes, and handling multiple drivers and deliveries.

• Oversee time delivery of goods, maintain delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure KPI are met.
• Be contactable and assist operations outside shift working hours, covering shifts during off‑days.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all levels and communicate professionally with customers and vendors.
• Escalate when customers or vendors do not meet the service level agreement.
• Ensure drivers perform all necessary tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain frequent contact with peers and provide proper handover during shift changes.
• Ensure operations run smoothly on the Transport Management System and prepare reports as required.
