Group Commercial Director

Our client is a 5* boutique resort group in Philippines.

This role will oversee two 5* resorts with a total inventory of about 200 keys, as well as future projects.

This role will be based in Manila Head Office and will be reporting directly to the COO.

Please note that this position is available for Filipino Nationals only.

Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Coming from 5 star luxury background
• Good understanding of the luxury lifestyle market
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in commercial and/or sales & marketing roles within the hospitality industry
• Strong expertise in sales, commercial strategy, and integrated online and offline marketing
• International experience is a plus
• Result oriented and ability to solicit business to capitalize sales/revenue opportunities
