Group Corporate Development Manager (Merger and Acquisition)

Key Accountabilities

The job exists to achieve the Group’s vision and mission to be the global leader in land transport and to deliver sustainable results and growth through a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

1. Perform qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on industry and business;
2. Perform valuation analysis for the business based on various valuation techniques. Experience with building and running financial models independently is a pre-requisite;
3. Supporting end-to-end transaction process including due diligence, structuring, legal documentation and integration;
4. Prepare management presentations and approval papers.

(Note: Travel outside of Singapore is required for the above)
