Group Finance Director

• Metabit is seeking a Group Finance Director to lead the firm’s global finance function and help build a world-class quantitative hedge fund. Reporting to the Group COO, this role will work closely with executive leadership, the General Counsel, and other senior stakeholders on the planning and execution of a robust global corporate and fund structure, while building a best-in-class finance platform across the group.
• The Finance Director will have responsibility for the full Finance function, including Corporate Accounting, Fund Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, and Procurement across the group’s holding company, employment companies, service companies, and core operating entities.
