Group Procurement Manager

SUMMARY:
Hotel & Lodge Group with Head Offices based in Gardens, Cape Town is looking for a Group Procurement Manager. The Group Procurement Manager role is responsible for supplier management, contract negotiation, procurement policies, inventory optimization , and supporting operational excellence across all Hotels and Lodges locations. Regular travel to all Hotels and Lodges will be required.

POSITION INFO:
Duties: Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Develop and implement group-wide procurement strategies. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
