Are you the R&D Packaging Specialist we are searching for our headquarters in Lembeke? In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage all technical aspects of packaging within the Lotus Bakeries Group, serving as the key expert on materials, technical drawings, machine compatibility, and product-packaging interactions, while ensuring alignment with both the company's innovation goals and regulatory requirements.


  • You take a leading role from a packaging point of view in different projects for a wide range of products. Your goal is to translate packaging related questions and projects into the most efficient solution, keeping all variables (shelf life, supplier capabilities, runability in factory, retailer, cost) in mind. To name a few examples; introduction of new products and packaging formats, implementation of new materials, sustainability, changes to existing packaging concepts, cooperating with packaging suppliers, etc...
