Guest Experience Lead – Front Desk & Concierge

Universal Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated individual for a guest service role, focusing on maximizing room sales and enhancing guest experiences. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing inquiries, and ensuring prompt service delivery.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field, possess excellent English skills, and have a friendly demeanor. Fresh graduates are welcome, but 2 years in reception or guest service is a plus.
