Guest Relations & Booking Specialist

OliOli in Dubai is seeking a proactive Reservations Executive to be the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email. You will work with the sales team to convert inquiries into bookings, own the inquiry-to-booking journey in the CRM, and meet targets for response times and conversion rates.

You will coordinate hand-overs with venue teams, upsell where appropriate, and support guests with amendments or cancellations.
