Key Responsibilities Guest Care & Personalised Service- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for VIP, repeat, and extended-stay guests.
- Anticipate guest preferences and coordinate personalised arrangements to enhance their stay.
- Build strong rapport with guests and ensure a warm, welcoming experience throughout their journey.
