Guest Relations Manager – Native Russian Speaker
Dusit Ajman Resorts & Villas – Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the Guest Relations team in daily operations
- Welcome and assist VIP and long‑stay guests, ensuring personalized service
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and special requests
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the system
- Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions
- Monitor lobby and reception area standards and ambiance
- Promote hotel services and loyalty programs
Requirements
Minimum 4 years as Guest Relations in a hotel/hospitality industry. Good command of the English and Russian languages. Other foreign languages spoken is an advantage. Good computer skills. With pleasing personality.
