Job Description

Raffles The Palm is recruiting a Guest Relations Officer. Reporting to the Guest Relations Supervisor / Guest Experience Manager, this role is focused on creating a seamless, personalised guest experience from pre‑arrival to post‑departure. The Officer is expected to be proactive, responsive, and deeply knowledgeable across all service touchpoints.
