Role Impact:
To aid and assist visitors to CF Toronto Eaton Centre by providing excellent service and maintaining a hospitable environment

What you will deliver:
Assist visitors/customers in person, both at the desk and as scheduled at designated directories and intersections in the centre and by telephone by providing information on the location of stores, services, events and promotions at the TEC. Provide general information on city attractions, theatres and entertainment in a friendly, professional manner.

Connect with tenants and customers on a proactive and regular basis by delivering Memos and news letters
