Harness Manufacturing Engineer - Lean, NPI & Cell Design

Johnson Controls in Apodaca is seeking an experienced engineer to design and validate manufacturing processes. This role involves contributing to new production cells and improving existing manufacturing methods while supporting the company's capacity expansion.

The ideal candidate has an Industrial, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering degree along with 3+ years of experience in harness manufacturing processes, cable and wire machines, and AutoCAD.
