Head Bartender - Fusion

As a Bar Lead at our luxury hotel, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences and ensuring the bar operates efficiently and in compliance with all standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow the established Cycle of Service to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the bar team to consistently deliver high‑quality service and maintain positive morale.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to maintain optimal par levels and minimize waste.
• Monitor compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop new cocktails and update beverage menus in line with current trends and guest preferences.
• Resolve escalated guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively to maintain guest satisfaction and uphold the establishment’s reputation.
