• Strategic Planning & Road mapping:
  • Translate strategic objectives into an integrated change roadmap, including digital, compliance, sustainability, and people initiatives.
  • Incorporate Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) and Sustainability transformation goals into the broader change agenda in alignment with the bank’s sustainability charter.
