Job Summary

Prepare and cook Chinese-style stir-fries and small-portion dishes while managing ingredient orders and ensuring timely fulfillment of daily takeout orders.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare Chinese-style stir-fry dishes and small-portion Chinese meals according to menu specifications
  • Independently order ingredients by assessing quality and comparing prices to optimize purchasing decisions
  • Coordinate with management to incorporate new dishes as requested, adapting cooking processes accordingly
  • Manage daily takeout orders to ensure accurate and timely preparation and delivery
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management to meet operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Prior work experience in Singapore’s food service industry
