We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join us in leading and managing a team of Chefs and Kitchen Team at ial Restaurant, our college industry fine dining restaurant. This is a unique opportunity where you will be responsible for ensuring the team provides an excellent dining experience, including contemporary food which reflects modern cookery processes and service styles. As a Head Chef you will manage the purchasing of food, profit and loss, allocate workforce to ensure the restaurant opening hours reflect the industry and labour margin is maintained within budget to provide a high quality offering.
