Head Knowledge Management aims to provide strategic leadership, planning and management for Knowledge Management, Records Management and Information Resources functions in the organizations.

Knowledge Management- Identify Knowledge Management initiatives, programs and activities in alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives. Design and implement a Knowledge Management strategy and implementation plan – creating a comprehensive Knowledge Management strategy in line with the Business Services division – organization’s strategy.
