Position Overview
Axess is establishing a new **Head of Data**role to build and own the company’s enterprise data foundation.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that data from our core systems is **structured, governed, and reusable**, enabling trusted management reporting, scalable Power BI usage, and AI‑enabled solutions across the group.
This is a strategic role with clear ownership and long-term impact. It is not a reporting or dashboard production role, but a role focused on **data platforms, data models, and governance**.
**Key Responsibilities**
As Head of Data, you will:
- Own and develop Axess Group’s **enterprise data platform**:
- Design and govern **common data models and KPI definitions** across key domains (e.g. Finance, HR, Operations, HSEQ)
- Provide **certified datasets** that enable governed self‑service in Power BI
- Ensure data is **AI‑ready**, traceable, and suitable for automation and advanced analytics
