About the Role
Seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Engineering to lead Telecom Products and R&D function. The role will be responsible for driving product innovation, technology strategy, product architecture, engineering excellence, and new product development. The incumbent will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop world-class telecom products and solutions while ensuring alignment with market requirements, customer expectations, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Technology Leadership
Define and execute the engineering and technology roadmap for telecom products
Lead the overall product engineering, R&D, design, development, validation, and commercialization activities
Drive engineering excellence through robust development processes, design reviews, and quality standards
Establish best practices for product architecture, system design, testing, and product lifecycle management
