Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the full finance function, ensuring strong governance and compliance.
  • Drive both technical accounting excellence and operational finance across the business.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to executive leadership and operational teams.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, efficiency improvements, and margin enhancement.
  • Deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting to support decision-making.
  • Strengthen internal controls and implement best practices across the finance function.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • CA(SA) or completed CIMA (essential).
  • Minimum 10+ years experience within finance.
