Head of Global Operations & Payments (Remote)

Jobgether is seeking a Head of Operations based in Chile to shape and scale the operational backbone of a global, remote financial services organization. You will lead payments, treasury, reconciliations, settlement operations, and back-office functions while driving automation, risk management, and high-performance teams.
