Head of IT - IT Department

Oversee the daily operations of the IT Department, ensuring the stability, security and availability of all IT systems across Head Office, retail stores, warehouse, e-Commerce and business operations.

Lead and mentor teams across Infrastructure, LS Business Central POS, SAP, Business Applications, BAU Support and Digital Commerce.

Provide recommendations on future technology planning, technology adoption and capability development for Head Office and retail operations.

Plan, manage and deliver IT projects including new store openings, relocations, infrastructure upgrades, enterprise application enhancements and technology rollouts.

Manage IT budgets, technology investments, vendors and service providers.

Ensure major technology initiatives are adequately documented, including project decisions, implementation approach, vendor information, operational procedures and support documentation.
