About the Role

Elevare Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Marketing Operations to lead and manage the marketing function for a major client group operating primarily in the real estate development sector. This is a senior operational leadership role for someone who can take ownership of the department, manage an existing team, improve systems and ensure marketing activity directly supports lead generation, sales outcomes and business growth. The successful candidate will initially focus on commercial real estate development projects, including project launches, branding, digital campaigns, CRM workflows, lead management and sales support. Over time, the role is expected to develop and expand into other areas of the business.
