Requirements
University degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field. 10-12 years of work experience in shopping center management, property management and/or retail management. Fluency in Bahasa and English and ability to work in a multi-cultural, bilingual environment. Thorough understanding of international shopping center standards. Knowledge of international and domestic fashion brands. Customer-oriented approach with great attention to detail and strong sense of urgency for solving problems. Strong organization and management skills. Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
