A growing and ambitious fulfilment and logistics business is seeking an experienced Integrator / Head of Operations to join its senior leadership team.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an individual who excels at bringing structure, accountability, and operational excellence to a fast-paced business. Working closely with the Managing Director, the successful candidate will translate strategic goals into practical plans and ensure consistent execution across the organisation.

The role will also assume responsibility for day-to-day operational leadership during a period of maternity cover, ensuring service levels, team performance, communication, and operational standards remain strong.
