Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Store Network & Field Leadership

• Manage the multi-tier operational hierarchy (Area Managers to Regional Directors) across all store clusters nationwide.
• Establish and scale standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure rapid, consistent, and profitable new store rollouts.

2. Supply Chain Coordination & Last-Mile Logistics

• Partner with the Logistics team to minimize stockouts and streamline product replenishment from central warehouses to provincial stores.
• Build operational resilience against localized bottlenecks like typhoon disruptions and regional shipping delays.

3. P&L Accountability & Tech Adoption

• Take full ownership of the operational budget, aggressively driving store sales growth
• Champion the rollout of real-time inventory tracking, automated scheduling, and data-driven store analytics.
