8 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of pre-construction delivery, asset programmes, and capital investment planning, ensuring the successful development and delivery of major works programmes that achieve value for money, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for residents. The postholder will lead the development of robust, data-driven investment programmes, ensuring accurate asset information, effective prioritisation of works, and compliance with social housing regulatory requirements.
