Head of Pricing System Development & Delivery

Location - London, Farringdon (Hybrid) 

During an exciting period of transformation, we’re looking for a commercially driven leader to shape and deliver the future of pricing at Royal Mail. In this newly created role as Head of Pricing Development & Delivery, you’ll define and own the roadmap that unlocks value across our current platforms while guiding our transition to a modern SAP BRIM environment. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll turn pricing strategy into tangible outcomes and ultimately drive revenue growth, improving margin, and strengthening our capability for the future. 

This is a high-impact role where you’ll balance short-term delivery with long-term transformation, ensuring pricing is fully embedded across systems, processes and commercial decision-making.
