We are partnered with a capital markets firm seeking a senior engineering leader to own the design, build, and evolution of high-performance trading systems in Singapore. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for architecture, delivery, and the ongoing improvement of critical infrastructure that supports trading activity at speed and scale.

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a small team of engineers and technical specialists while remaining closely involved in system design, coding, and performance optimisation. The role requires deep experience in low-latency environments, strong technical judgment, and a clear point of view on how robust trading platforms should be engineered.
