Position Overview
Were looking for a senior leader who has lived through scale - someone who has seen the chaos of 01, the intensity of rapid growth, and the operational complexity that comes with building supply chains for modern commerce businesses. This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems, product thinking, and execution excellence. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: Has 15+ years of experience across supply chain, operations, fulfillment, dark stores, warehousing, or network operations.
Comes with strong exposure to e-commerce / quick commerce ecosystems. Has seen and contributed meaningfully to the SCM scale journey — from early-stage operational setup to large-scale execution. Understands operations at a very deep level, but also appreciates the importance of system design and process architecture.
