Health Safety Environment Officer

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and local safety regulations.
• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments and also identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Site safety procedure and documentation and dealing with client and consultant requirement and make sure monitor safe work practices at site and ensure proper use of compliance.
• Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training programs.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation site specific, also make sure all observation should be closed on time by stakeholders.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and submit reports.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and participate in emergency drills.
• Assist management in achieving company HSE objectives and targets.
