At ABA Tech , we are committed to helping families access life-changing ABA therapy services. We are looking for a Healthcare Enrollment Lead to guide our admissions team, enhance the client experience, and ensure families receive the support they need from their first interaction with us.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Admissions team to deliver exceptional client service
• Oversee the enrollment journey, from initial inquiry through consultation scheduling
• Ensure timely insurance benefit verification and clear financial communication with families
• Support families throughout the onboarding process, providing guidance and education about ABA services
• Monitor documentation accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and internal policies
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure a seamless client experience
