Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Health Information, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)  
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in program management, large-scale initiative delivery, or portfolio oversight in digital health or healthcare environments  
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-workstream programs, managing interdependencies, risks, and cross-team workflows  
• Proven ability to establish program governance, performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
